Our next transition online workshop is designed to support neurodivergent pupils as they transition from secondary education to higher education/world of work.
This engaging and inclusive session provides tailored strategies to ease the transition from secondary to higher education/world of work, helping students build confidence and embrace new challenges. Catrina will offer practical advice and resources, fostering a supportive environment for both pupils and their families. The workshop will help to provide neurodivergent children and young people with all the information they might need to help them prepare.
During the workshop we will cover:
- Transition planning
- Transition visits/time management/public transport/living on or off campus
- Visual supports
- Guidance on next steps for additional student support
