Important information regarding the booking of our services.
We offer several bookable services which are delivered online and in person these are delivered by
us or trainers appointed by Neuroteachers Ltd or our associates.

Your rights

You may exercise your right to a refund if we must cancel a booking and we are unable to offer an alternative date.

Booking/Payment Methods

Our services are booked and paid as below, please note your booking is not confirmed until we have
accepted, confirmed and invoiced you:
Completion of Booking Services Form
Booking Confirmation
Invoiced
Cancellation of your booking
Should you need to re-schedule any pre-booked services, we will find a new time, please note this may not be in the same month as your original booking.
Cancellations by you of any services within 3 months of agreed service delivery date – 50% of fee is payable
Cancellations of any services by you within 1 month of agreed service date – 100% of fee is payable
Bio’s and Headshots will be provided by Neuroteachers Ltd upon request, the use of any
other materials requires our consent.

Data Protection

The information on our booking forms contains personal data. Neuroteachers Ltd will record,
process, and keep your personal information secure in accordance with the Data Protection Act
1998. Information will not be passed onto a third party.
Photography/Videography
Videos, photographs, and confidentiality we ask that you seek permission from us before taking
pictures or videos during any of our booked services, please always be sensitive of our ND
representatives and delegates who may find taking pictures of them distressing. If you are asked to
stop, please do respect the rights of others.
